Photos stay local until submission

Selecting a photo creates a preview in your browser. It is not uploaded simply because you select it. Paid generation is currently closed.

Account data

Registering stores your name, email, password hash and session records in this site’s database. Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Do not submit sensitive personal information in profile fields.

Optional usage analytics

Usage analytics are off until you choose Allow. While they are off, this site does not store an analytics id, session id or traffic source. If you allow them, the browser keeps a random anonymous id and a random session id, plus an allowlisted source label (chatgpt, google, direct or other) and the path of a public page you landed on. Full URLs, query strings, email addresses, prompts, file names and photos are not part of the event. Events are stored in a separate database and retained for up to 30 days; cleanup runs when events are received. Turning analytics off deletes those ids from this browser.

If you allow analytics, a separate Google Analytics measurement may be used for page views only. Ads features and Google signals stay off. Query strings, uploads, file names and email addresses are not part of that measurement. This notice does not mean Google Analytics is receiving data.

Submitted photos and finished videos

A submitted photo is stored so this site can review it and send the request on. The stored photo is deleted after the video succeeds or fails. A request that is still waiting is kept, because the video service may still need the photo, until it is 7 days old. The cleanup then stops that request, returns its reserved credits once, and deletes the photo. A finished video is kept for 30 days from the time it is ready. After that, cleanup removes the file and the download is no longer available. If a delete does not finish, the same cleanup tries again. This deletion applies only to Burning Bridges photos and videos, not to files from other products.

The photo is also sent to SeeAPI for content review. The photo and the reference video are sent to Kie, which runs Seedance, to make the video. The fixed prompt is sent to Waffo for review. Those services keep their own copies under their own rules. This site does not delete files stored by SeeAPI, Kie, or Waffo.
