Credits and refunds
Purchases are not open
There are currently no purchasable credit packs. We do not collect payment for unavailable video generation.
Failed generations
If a submitted video fails, reserved credits come back once. If the video service never confirms the request, it stays pending and is not sent again.
Support
Email ok@burningbridgesai.net about this policy. Payments are not open, and generation is not open. Email does not buy credits or refund a payment.
