Generation credits and refunds
A credit return, a cash refund, and dissatisfaction are not the same action. This page separates three outcomes. Payments are not open.
One video is one photo and one template
There is no multi-person package and no multi-clip bundle. A request, when generation is open, is one photo of one person plus the 20s 480p output. Reference guidance is 20.053s and is not a motion lock. The per-video price is 41 credits. No minimum charge is published, and no pack is on sale.
Failed task: credits can come back
Starting a video reserves credits. If that video later fails, those credits come back once. Doing it twice does not return them twice. A video that already succeeded is not treated as failed, so a finished clip is not silently credited again.
If the video service rejects the request, the video is marked failed and the credits come back. If the request is never confirmed, it stays pending, the credits stay reserved, and the same request is not sent again.
A photo that fails the file check, storage, or content review never creates that task, so no credits are spent.
Cash refund versus returning credits
A credit return puts credits back on your account. It does not return money. A cash refund would return money from a payment. Payments are not available, so there is no purchase to refund.
Disliking the video
A finished video you do not like is not automatically a failed task and not automatically a cash refund. Likeness, hands and props can drift. Review the file before you share it. A support channel for case-by-case review is not connected yet; the contact page says that directly.
